IXT is a fast-growing global connectivity provider, helping businesses stay connected via a range of cellular IoT technologies. As a newly launched brand with ambitious targets, IXT faced three key challenges:

  2. They needed technical depth, from CRM architecture to custom CMS features, their requirements went beyond typical marketing.
  3. They needed speed and clarity, in messaging, campaign delivery, and decision-making.

Position: Refining the Story

We helped IXT clarify what makes them different , and why that matters to their audience.

  • Defined core messaging pillars across product lines like CMP, Data Pool SIMs, and Global eSIM coverage
  • Worked closely with the CMO to articulate their vision in a way that’s both technically accurate and commercially powerful
  • Created a unified message across web, campaigns, and internal sales materials

Attract: Creating Brand Assets That Work Harder

We didn’t just make IXT look better. We gave them the tools to convert.

Interactive Website Tools:

  • Coverage Map: A fully interactive map built into HubSpot CMS showing 2G–5G, LPWAN, NB-IoT, eSIM and local coverage by country , all manageable by the IXT team.
  • SIM Pricing Calculator: Custom cost estimator built with HubSpot logic to generate warm leads and support the sales team with high-intent contacts.

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Developed a rich illustration library and icon set tailored to IXT’s industries and products
  • Designed and produced a short animated brand explainer video to tell the IXT story quickly and clearly

Connect: Aligning Marketing and Sales

A great brand and website are only powerful if leads are captured and followed up.

  • Set up high-performing landing pages and smart forms in HubSpot with clear calls to action , including the “Request a Test SIM” campaign
  • Launched LinkedIn Ads and search campaigns targeting key personas across Europe (France, Netherlands, Germany)
  • Built integrated workflows to ensure every contact was nurtured and tracked from first visit to sales handover

All campaigns were backed by structured A/B testing and performance reporting to iterate quickly.

Enable: Building the Right Infrastructure

  • Built custom objects in HubSpot to manage SIM types and inventory management workflows
  • Streamlined the CRM with the sales and marketing teams in mind , reducing admin, improving tracking, and unlocking better data insight
  • Integrated forms, landing pages, and CMS features into a single, user-friendly platform

Technical SEO & Web Performance

  • Ran a full technical SEO audit and implemented fixes to improve page load times, mobile usability, and indexing
  • Developed structured FAQ modules with full FAQPage schema markup to support AI search visibility
  • Resolved layout shifts and mobile tap targets for better Core Web Vitals scores
